Mr. Robert Divine, Attorney and
Shareholder, Baker Donelson
Mr.
Robert C. Divine, leader of the Firm's Immigration practice
group and a shareholder who works from the Firm's Washington,
D.C., and Chattanooga offices, concentrates his practice in
business immigration and litigation. By presidential
appointment, Mr. Divine served in Washington, D.C., from July
2004 until November 2006 as Chief Counsel of United States
Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the world's
largest immigration services agency within the U.S. Department
of Homeland Security. From July 2005 until July 2006, he served
as Acting Director and then Acting Deputy Director of USCIS..
Mr. Divine represents many business developers in creating,
managing and using "Regional Centers" that can create indirect
jobs toward the 10 new U.S. jobs whose creation can give rise to
EB-5 permanent residence for investment in the developers'
projects. He was elected Vice President of the national industry
association of "EB-5" Regional Centers,
Association to Invest in USA (IIUSA).
He represents developers similarly using other parties' Regional
Centers. He coordinates this work with attorneys supporting
securities law compliance in offerings to investors, with
economists identifying "targeted employment areas" and
projecting indirect job creation, with licensed securities
brokers coordinating offerings, and with attorneys obtaining
U.S. Government (OFAC) licenses to serve investors from
restricted countries (Iran). He also represents individual
investors in obtaining conditional permanent residence and in

Mr.
George Livingston,
Chairman, CEO, CommerCenters, LLC; Chairman
Emeritus, NAI Realvest
Mr.
Livingston is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
CommerCenters, LLC, a real estate investment and development
firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Livingston is one of
the major catalysts behind industrial development in Central
Florida. Mr. Livingston was a founder of, and is also a
principal in NAI Realvest, a major commercial brokerage firm in
Central Florida. Mr. Livingston has over 25 years experience in
site selection and land development in Florida with a long and
extensive history of successful development in the Florida
industrial warehouse market. Mr. Livingston currently serves as
a Governor of the National Association of Industrial and Office
Parks (NAIOP) Research Foundation and is a past president of the
Central Florida chapter of NAIOP. He is a member and past
chairman of NAIOP’s Industrial Development Forum and Trends
Committee. He has served as past Chairman of the Orange County
Planning and Zoning Commission, and is a past Governor’s
appointee to the Central Florida Regional Planning Council. Mr.
Livingston was a partner in a local planning and engineering
company. He is a past board member and is a corporate investor
in the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission, and has
served on the East Central Florida Regional Planning Council. He
also serves on the board of HomeBancorp, Inc., a Florida banking
group. Mr. Livingston has been awarded the prestigious 2009
Wilbur Strickland Lifetime Achievement Award by the Central
Florida Commercial Association of Realtors. The Orlando Business
Journal selected him as the 2009 Most Influential Businessman in
Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Livingston has lived and worked
abroad for eight years. He is a member of FIABCI (International
Real Estate Federation) and is a Certified International
Property Specialist (CIPS) and a charter member of the Orlando
TiE Chapter. Mr. Livingston has led the development of more than
880,000 square feet of industrial space over the past ten years,
both with investment partners and as a fee developer. His
company Realvest Development has been retained as a fee
developer to develop another 300,000 square feet of industrial
space. NAI Realvest currently manages seven projects for
investment partners, which are anticipated to represent another
1.2 million square feet of commercial space upon completion. In
addition, Mr. Livingston has been a co-developer of six projects
totaling more than 585,000 square feet.

Mr. Ronald Fieldstone, Attorney &
Partner, Arnstein & Lehr LLP
Mr.
Fieldstone is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust
and the Tax Law Sections of The Florida Bar. He served as a
panel member of the American Arbitration Association for 17
years and is a title agent of several title insurance companies.
Mr. Fieldstone has published numerous articles and has been a
lecturer in the fields of real estate, corporate, tax and
franchise law for the past 30 years. He practices in the areas
of real estate, corporate and taxation, with a specific emphasis
on the corporate and tax planning of complex real estate
transactions. Mr. Fieldstone has been listed in the 2004, 2005
and 2006 issues of Florida Trend as one of the elite attorneys
in Florida in the field of Real Estate Transactions and was
previously listed in the South Florida Business Journal as one
of the top attorneys in Commercial Transactions in Miami-Dade
County. Mr. Fieldstone was a principal in a Blockbuster Video
franchise that operated 25 stores in eight states from 1987
until October, 1995, when the business was sold to the
franchisor. He is a principal of a multi-state lithotripsy
company and a Miami-based medical diagnostic company. He was
also a principal of Barnie’s Coffee and Tea, Inc., the owner of
the Barnie’s operating system with approximately 80 corporate
units and 20 franchised units. Mr. Fieldstone has extensive real
estate holdings in the state of Florida and serves as a managing
partner of Landmark Residential, which has served as the sponsor
and manager of approximately 20,000 multi-family units in the
states of Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Texas and North Carolina.
Mr. Fieldstone has been active in numerous civic and charitable
organizations, including currently serving as vice president,
director and chairman of the Institutional Review Board of the
Miami Jewish Home and Hospital for the Aged, general counsel and
a trustee of the Society of Laproendoscopic and Endoscopic
Surgeons, and special counsel and an advisor to the Board of
Trustees of Actors Playhouse at Miracle Theatre. Topic:

Ms. Jo Ann Clarke, Founder & President, The EB-5 Resource Center, LLC
Ms. Jo
Ann Clarke has more than 30 years of progressively responsible
experience in business management and marketing. Her
early career was with New York area Fortune 500 companies/major
- Consumer Packaged Goods manufacturers (such as Standard
Brands, Sterling Drug, Lehn & Fink, Becton Dickinson Consumer
Products and the Shulton Division of American Cyanamid).
These firms provided her with substantial training and
experience in marketing techniques, market planning, written
business communications, and structured management approaches
and requirements. Since 1998, Clarke Associates has applied a
strong base of business planning and marketing experience to the
multinational community, assisting in the development of
business plans for more than 250 successful business immigration
clients, and in marketing, sales promotion, and business
management for a number of these clients. Clients
have come to the U.S. from a number of countries throughout
Europe, South America, Asia, and the Caribbean and Canada, and
have invested in or launched a number of different types of
businesses in the United States. Her work

Ms. Clarke prepared a successful financial proposal and project
presentation for Swiss Bank financing of a resort hotel and
residential complex to be developed at Turquoise Lake, Colorado.
The project will result in foreign capital influx into

Dr. Scott Barnhart, Barnhart Economic Services, LLC
Dr.
Scott W. Barnhart, Associate Professor of Finance at Florida
Atlantic University and Founder, Barnhart Economic Services,
LLC. Dr. Barnhart received his M.S. in economics from Florida
State University and Ph.D. in economics/econometrics from Texas
A&M University. Professor Barnhart is the
Program Director of the Certified Financial Planner™
Certificate Program at Florida Atlantic University, and has
recently completed a two year term as member of the board of
directors of the Southern Finance Association. Prior
to moving to Florida, Dr. Barnhart held the position of
Associate Professor and Breazeale Scholar of Financial Planning
at Clemson University, where he spent 10 years.
Dr. Barnhart
has consulted on legal cases ranging from stock valuation and
ownership disputes to violations of the Fair Labor Standards
Act, as well as personal injury and wrongful birth.
In addition, Dr. Barnhart has applied Input-Output
