Mr. Robert C. Mr. Livingston is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CommerCenters, LLC, a real estate investment and development firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Fieldstone is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust and the Tax Law Sections of The Florida Bar.
